Impact exists to generate audiences for cultural events and visitor attractions in London and the South East by providing innovative and effective marketing solutions as a service provider. Over the past 30 years, we have delivered integrated campaigns across our print, video production, brand ambassador services.
We are looking for a new Account Manager to join our sales and client services team who will work in a team of 5 to generate reveneue, drive new business and help the company reach its strategic objectives.
As Account Manager at Impact you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients in the arts, cultural and entertainment sectors. You will build and develop relationships with established clients, create compelling campaigns and upsell across Impact’s services to meet financial targets. Working with the Head of Innovation & Engagement you will identify new business opportunities for Impact.
– Manage an established portfolio of clients- Build and develop strong client relationships to maximise client spend- Monitor performance of own client portfolio, including YoY figures- Instigate and attend regular client meetings- Keep up to date a personal sales plan- Create and present bespoke campaigns to meet clients’ marketing objectives- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure each campaign is carried out efficiently- Provide insightful and through feedback on completed campaigns- Research leads and generate new business for Impact within existing markets- Work towards individual and team financial targets- Represent Impact at client meetings and industry eventsPerson SpecificationEssential– Experience of working within a sales or account management environment- Enthusiastic, confident, ambitious and highly motivated- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills- Meticulous, highly organised and an excellent time manager- Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines- Exceptional presentation skills using a range of resources (e.g. PowerPoint, Prezi)- Effective negotiation skills- A passion for the arts, culture and entertainment industriesDesirable– Educated to degree level or equivalent- Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)- Sound knowledge of current marketing techniques
Salary Level: 22-24k per annum.
