To distribute Affordable Art Fair flyers around West London and The City, targeting both established and developing audiences, and encourage Word of Mouth amongst the desired demographic
Using a small and experienced team of Promos, we created a bespoke distribution run for the art community of Chelsea and Fulham. Our bespoke routes solely targeted art galleries and shops in Chelsea, Kensington and Fulham.
Alongside this, we sent our team to cover cafes, bars, restaurants and other social hot spots around The City.
Our staff were fully briefed on the event and the desired message. They were provided with detailed maps and routes ensuring that the work was done efficiently and effectively. Over the bespoke routes we distributed print to 50 art galleries and shops in these high class areas.
Simultaneous to the print distribution activity, we sent Promos to The City and Exhibition Road during lunchtime hours to approach and engage with the target audience about the Affordable Art Fair. This section of the campaign was used to reinforce the offering on the leaflets and make a final, personable push – adding a friendly face to the campaign.
