To continually promote the British Museums permanent and temporary exhibitions to high spend tourists and international business people, ensuring that the guests are well informed about what to expect.
Using our popular Hotel Ambassadors service we sent Promos Liz and Chelsey to four and five star hotels around London to chat to concierges at the luxury hotels.
Over the past two years, Impact has built up solid and meaningful relationships with concierges in hotels across London and many of them look forward to Liz and Chelsey’s visits.
For each campaign, concierges at 50 hotels are provided with a bespoke fact sheet and a handful of flyers to pass onto guests who ask for local attractions or suggestions of what to do. Each hotel receives their information in a personalised and stylish envelope.
Our Project Managers worked with the British Museum to create an ideal group of hotels. Every two months Liz and Chelsey, who visit the exhibitions prior to the campaign, are they sent to talk to the concierges, many of whom they know on a first name basis, about what is currently showing.
The concierges then pass this information onto their guests, often handing over a piece of the print to seal the deal.
