InfoBikes
The InfoBikes are a globally unique concept that represents an evolution to traditional Tourism Information Centres.
Former winner of a Visit London Award for Best Visitor Information Initiative and shortlisted for Best Marketing & Communications Campaign of the year at the 2010 TFL Smarter Travel Awards, the InfoBikes are managed by Impact on behalf of South Bank Employers’ Group, Better Bankside and Team London Bridge.
Operated by pedal power, these three mobile visitor information units are 100% environmentally friendly, staffed by highly trained members of Impact’s Street Team all of who have undergone Visit London’s Ambassador Training and provide on-the-spot advice and information to the over 20m yearly visitors to the cultural quarters of South Bank, Bankside and London Bridge.
